I cannot train and do lineups for my Tiger Sharks. Error page keeps appearing.

Had same problem with my Road Runners. I got in by selecting LAST GAME on the MY TEAMS page instead of MANAGE TEAM then used the TEAM drop down MENU. Might work for you.
